Yoga is for everyone, even if you think you are not flexible. It does not matter how far you can stretch and bend. Yoga is for helping you improve your flexibility while helping connect your breath with movement. While some people practice yoga for strength and flexibility, others do yoga for the many health benefits it offers. Yoga helps reduce stress by calming the mind , challenges muscles, activates healthy processes, deactivates unhealthy processes, assists in weight loss, and overall brings the body into better balance.
As a new student you might have some questions and concerns about your first class. Here is some information that should make you feel more comfortable.
|What to wear: Please wear comfortable, fitted, stretchable clothing, that will allow for maximum movement and stretching.

| How to check in: You can sign up and pay online or just come in and sign up. Please sign in at the front desk before going into class.
What to bring: Please bring water bottle, mat (yoga, bootcamp & Studio Barre) and a hand towel. We have extra of all these things in case you forget.
Please arrive at class a few minutes early and turn off your cell phone. If you have any questions please feel free to call the studio. No need to pre-register ~ just show up!
